Refunds: All sales are final!!!!
Exchanges: Your order can be exchanged ONLY if we send you the wrong order. Please make sure that before proceeding with your check out, you are 100% sure that your order is correct (bundles, wigs, closures, and frontals). We do not offer exchanges for products unwrapped, worn, or altered in any way other than the original packaging.
Ordering process: It takes 3 business days for your order to be shipped out from the date you placed your order. If your purchase has to be preordered, it could take up to 7 days for you to receive your order. Your tracking information will be sent to you once your order ships. Any orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping: Hair items are shipped via USPS. Once the hair has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent out to the email address you provided during checkout. Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days. A signature isn't required but is highly recommended for missing shipment purposes. Luxury Hair By Jan isn't responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you haven't received it, contact the United States Postal Service immediately!!!
